About the project
Getbus is a Portuguese intercity transportation company. One system integrates multiple cities and different transportation partners for convenient spot and online ticketing.
Goals
- Improve the existing website performance
- Revamp and expand the admin panel functionality
- Create a mobile application for drivers with two ticketing methods: for a selected date in advance and on the spot
- Receive regular reporting of two types: for the administrator and for the partner
- Release mobile application to SUNMI
Details of the work performed
Wiregate created an entire ecosystem that integrates mobile application, website and admin panel. Purchasing a ticket is now just a few taps on the screen.
After buying a ticket in advance, the customer receives a PDF ticket directly to their email. All they need to do is scan the ticket with the bus driver.
And if the customer has not purchased a ticket in advance, they can easily do it on the spot using a special terminal.
